Possible Causes

  • The password has been entered incorrectly.
  • The password has been changed.
  • A Keyfile has been changed or removed.

Solutions

  • Check the password and try again.
  • If the password has been changed, use the new password.
  • If a Keyfile has been changed or removed, restore the Keyfile or use a different one.
